The Rev. Dr. Heather Matthews has worked as a pastor, church planter, non-profit leader, educator, and global worker for over twenty years. She is currently the Doctor of Ministry Program Manager at Wheaton College Graduate School and the associate pastor of a new church plant, All Saints Anglican Church in Naperville, IL. She was previously ordained a non-denominational context, but is now ordained as a deacon in the ACNA through the diocese, Churches for the Sake of Others. She hopes to be ordained to the priesthood in the near future. Heather has a D.Min. from Fuller Seminary, two MA degrees from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. Heather’s area of expertise is women in church leadership. She is the author of Confronting Sexism in the Church: How We Got Here and What We Can Do About It published by InterVarsity Press.
